This is my third trip with Dena and she’s great. She’s been able to beat most pricing and give me onboard credit for cruising. She also found me exactly what I was looking for in Northern Michigan. I have two additional trips booked and know that I’ll be in good hands booking with Dena.

5 stars from beginning to end. Dena goes out of her way to make everything perfect. Planning, advice, travel hacks, dining, excursion choices- she is ready to help. Any problems (fire on hawiian island) she will fight for you to get what's fair. She gives you a packet with all the needed confirmation and tickets you need, she covers all the little details, and makes herself available 24 hours a day during your trip for any incidentals. Dena follows up after the trip to make sure it went well and to learn so she has knowledge for the next person. Dena is very informative about the trips and locations.

MSC World America inaugural cruise 🛳 was our 3rd trip we booked through Paradise Travel by Dena. Every time I have been astonished on how thorough she has been. We had several couples in our group and she never was overwhelmed managing our flights, hotels, transportation, and the cruise itself. I highly recommend because if she does not know an answer or situation, she will figure it out. 👏 ✨️ This position was truly created for her.

We could not have asked for a better travel agent than Dena! We just told her where we wanted go and a day later she had several options for us to pick dates, hotels, and tours. She took care of everything. Direct flights with a driver waiting for us when we arrived. We went to Paris and she had us all set on a tour bus to get around and see everything with time to enjoy the sights. Then she had us picked up when our trip was done for our flight home. I will never travel without consulting her. She absolutely knows her stuff and she is a great person! Thank you Paradise Travel!

I was looking to book an all inclusive and it was my first time traveling alone. I reached out to Dena to tell her my price range and what I was looking for and it was the best thing ever! She was so kind and helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions. We had the perfect trip and she made everything go smooth and effortlessly for us:)

Dena was amazing helping us plan our honeymoon!! My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon in Punta Cana, we stayed at secret tides. Everything was amazing, resort, food, travel experience all because of Dena!! She gave us plenty of all inclusive options to choose from in our budget. Our ride to and from our resort was booked and very easy to find. 10/10 recommend, we will be booking our next trip with her!!

Dena did an amazing job with our vacation ! Our resort was PERFECT! Our flight leaving from Detroit cancelled last minute ( 11:30 pm )and Dena was able to find us a flight with different airline so that we could still arrive at the original time .. going above and beyond for us . She also dropped a card off wishing us a Happy Anniversary before our trip .. that meant the world to me ❤️

We found her through a coworker and within an hour of asking about a trip she had sent several resorts that fit our requests. She answered questions any time of day even when she was on her own vacation. She also helped my now fiancée propose on vacation. Deena made everything super easy for our first time in Cancun and we will definitely be going through her in the future.

Dena is hands down the most amazing travel agent. Met her thru a mutual friend. She responded to emails even when she was on her own vacation. Always timely. She made sure to send updates timely and communication was great. She gave me many options to choose from once I gave her my budget. My daughter and I literally had to most amazing vacation at dreams onyx . She made leaving the country with my child a lot less stressful knowing I could get ahold of her so easily if it was needed… trip was flawless and perfect 😁
